Shipping

All orders are shipped worldwide by registered mail from Moscow, Russia. They are shipped as small packages in boxes not exceeding 2 kg. If the order is larger than 2 kg, it will be shipped in several boxes.

The orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. You will be advised via email once your package is on its way.

There are two shipping options:

• Registered Air Mail (quicker and more expensive)

  The delivery time varies from country to country. As an example, the typical delivery time to Australia via is 2-3 weeks and usually does not exceed 4 weeks. The shipping to the US and Europe is quicker. On a very rare occasion an item can be held by customs for up to 3 weeks. If you are concerned that the delivery takes too long, please, contact us.

• Registered Ground Mail (cheaper but very slow)

  The delivery can take 3 - 4 months to Australia. This option is probably suitable mostly for deliveries to Europe and also if you can plan well ahead and wish to save some money.

Shipping cost can be estimated by adding products into the Shopping Cart. Please note that the shipping cost rises steeply when going over 1 kg and 2 kg. If you feel that the shipping is too expensive, try to add or remove items from the shopping cart to keep your order just under 1 kg or 2 kg.

Insuarance

Optional shipping insurance is available at the Checkout.

Returns & Refunds

A full refund or replacement will be offered if the item you receive is faulty or different than described - but not if you misread the listing, or if you simply changed your mind. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
