Shipping

All orders are shipped worldwide from Moscow, Russia, unless said otherwise. They are shipped as small packages in boxes not exceeding 2 kg. If the order is larger than 2 kg, it will be shipped in several boxes.

The orders are posted by registered mail, you will need to sign for your order.

The orders are dispatched within 5 business days of receiving payment via the Russian Post. You will be advised via email once your package is on its way. Limited tracking information (from the despatch to the Russian border) will be provided on request. Full tracking information will be provided on request to the USA destinations only.

There are two shipping options, Air Mail and Surface Mail. The Surface Mail is very slow and is used for large orders only. The approximate delivery times based on the customer feedback are the following:

• Registered Air Mail

  Australia and NZ: 2 - 4 weeks
  US and Canada: 2 - 3 weeks
  Europe (except UK): 2 - 4 weeks
  UK: 2 - 3 weeks

• Registered Surface Mail

  Australia and NZ: 10 - 15 weeks
  US and Canada: 7 - 8 weeks
  Europe: 3 - 12 weeks

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the US's AE, AP and AA addresses.

Orders originated from Australia are shipped using the Australia Post. They are shipped unregistered, tracking numbers are not available.

Shipping cost can be estimated by adding products to Shopping Cart.

Insurance

Optional shipping insurance is available at the Checkout.

Returns & Refunds

A full refund or replacement will be offered if the item you receive is faulty or different than described - but not if you misread the listing, or if you simply changed your mind.

A full refund for an unclaimed order returned to Russia will be given less the shipping cost and the fee charged by the Russian post to release the parcel (equal to the shipping cost).
